Gast

Was ist an meinem Englisch so schlimm?

Gast

Gast

Haha u can't fool me and 4 u it is not easiert 2 find German names on German sites cuz u can't speak German. So u don't need 2 tell me that it's easier 4 u cuz it isn't. And if ur husband can speak German well y does he still write in English 2 us German ppl?! haha anyway u fake ur just a GERMAN bored little child, huh?

Gast

Yo man, take Adolf man!

Gast

Hallo.

LG, Belinda

Gast

Hey,
this time it`s me ;)
Tiffany told me about the german names you suggested and I prefer the names Greta and Friederike. But we are still looking for male names since we don`t know the sex (we love surprises!). How about the names Adelheid and Bertram? Are they german? I guess...

Gast

Sorry, I really don`t get the point.
Of course you can find german names on a german website easier than on an english one. I know that the British regard our english as "grammaticaly wrong" and I`ve always oppposed this attitude. Because, you see, how can a language spoken (and officially written!) by 304.500.000 people actually be "wrong"?

Gast

By the way, which parts of my text u didn't understand?

Gast

I guess there r also English sites with German names. Thats stupid.

Gast

I know. My English is not perfect and yeah, ur right, I've learned British English cuz my father is British. I've never been to America but I rly don't think that they write stuff like "Now seek we...", "...we are to Germany moved", "The best a doublename". When I read this I just have to laugh. Cuz this is grammatically wrong. U should rather learn English than use these translators, huh?

Gast

Sorry, I just read your second post too late. We chose a german website because we want a german name for our child since we now live in Germany.

Gast

Gast

Are you really accusing me of not being able to speak my native tongue properly? Sorry if we didn`t write in high oxford standard English, but in casual american english. I wasn`t aware that you woldn`t understand it. I`m sorry, I just didn`t think of it. My fault.
As a matter of course they would regard my casual american english as linguistical illegitimate in your school since you probably learn british standard english in Germany.

By the way, your english is not too bad Rina! I almost understood everything you wrote, that`s pretty good for a german schoolgirl.

Gast

I forgot to ask u y u chose this website and not an English one?!

Gast

Nah u didn't understand me. I think ur English is bad! And I'm pretty sure u can speak German cuz ur just a bored teenygirl. Otherwise u should explain y ur text is rly full of mistakes dude!! pitiful eh?

Gast

Hey, I don`t speak any german at all, so I would appreciate if you wrote in english (as far as possible). My husband speaks german quite well, because we moved to Germany for job-related reasons and therefore he has to speak english at work.
I didn`t really get the point of your posts, but as far as I understood you were complaining about us not beeing capable to write in german.
I´m really sorry, but I didn`t learn any german at school (I learned some spanish, but I hardly remember any of it). Since I`ve heard, that almost everyone in Germany (at least the younger generation) learns English at school, I thought it wouldn`t be a problem if I wrote here in English.
I`m so sorry, I hope you understand.
love,
Tiffany

...Thanks for your suggestions, Mia. I really like the names Magdalena, Greta, Clara and Friederike. My favourite is Greta. I will present them to Justin this evening.

Gast

@Heather O'Mygod:

Gast

Gast

Nein ist das doof!
Fornames!
Hello,

we´re moving from America to Germany . I (Tiffany) am in sixth month pregnant. Now we searching for a german firstname for our baby. Can you write a second name too?

Nice greetings,

Tiffany and Justin

Gast

Gast

My text was written to our American dudes.

Gast

Well I think eather my English or yours is bad. I can't really believe that you come from America and in case of moving to Germany you need to speak German, don't you? Because this is a German website you should write in German and not in English.

Gast

Marie hat Recht.

Es müsste heißen:

"Hello,

we come from America and we moved to Germany . I (Tiffany) am in sixth month pregnant. Now we seek a German firstname for our baby. The best will be a doublename.

Nice greetings,

Tiffany and Justin"

"I hope that somebody here understands and speeks English."

Oder so was ähnliches.

@ Tiffany und Justin:
*****
Or you think that this is very funny)

Gast

That is a fake!
